Terms of Service for Heart 2 Follow Ministries

Welcome to Heart 2 Follow Ministries. By accessing or using our website, coaching services, speaking engagements, podcasts, books, or other ministry resources, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Heart 2 Follow Ministries provides Christ-centered coaching, public speaking, podcasting, books, and other ministry-related materials designed to inspire spiritual growth and personal development.

Donations made to support the ministry are voluntary and non-refundable. Book purchases are subject to our refund and return policies, which will be stated clearly at the point of sale.

All content provided by Heart 2 Follow Ministries—including but not limited to coaching materials, podcasts, videos, graphics, logos, and book materials (both digital and print)—is the exclusive property of Heart 2 Follow Ministries or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may not:
· Copy, distribute, republish, or alter our materials without written consent
· Share or resell digital book files or downloadable resources
· Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from our materials
Purchasing a book or eBook grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license
for personal use only.
5. User Content and Testimonials
If you submit comments, testimonials, or any other content to us (such as book reviews, blog comments, or emails), you grant us permission to use, reproduce, and display that content—unless you request otherwise in writing.
You retain ownership of your own content, but by sharing it with us, you give us a royalty-free, perpetual license to use it in connection with our ministry.

8. Book & Digital Product Licensing
Unless otherwise stated:
· Purchased digital books (PDFs, ePubs, etc.) are licensed for single-user personal use only.
· You may not upload or share these files on public platforms or with third parties.
· Printed materials are protected under U.S. and international copyright law and may not be photocopied or redistributed without permission.
Violations of these terms may result in legal action.
