STATEMENT OF FAITH

I Believe in One God—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit

I believe in the one true and living God who eternally exists as three coequal, coeternal, fully divine persons—the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit (Isa. 43:10; Matt. 28:19). This is the foundation of our faith, our salvation, and our identity. God is not silent or distant—He has revealed Himself through creation,

through His Word, and most powerfully through His Son, Jesus Christ.

God the Father

I believe that God the Father is the sovereign Creator (Jn. 5:26), Ruler (Eph.1:3–6), Reconciler (Rom. 8:28), and holy Judge (2 Pet. 3:10–12). He is perfect in holiness, justice, mercy, and love. The Father sent His Son into the world to redeem fallen humanity, and He continues to send His Spirit to act in creation, revelation, and redemption. He desires relationship with His people and calls all to Himself through His Son (Isa. 43:10).

Jesus Christ, the Son of God

I believe that Jesus Christ is fully God and fully man—the eternal Son of God who took on flesh to become our Savior (Jn. 1:1, 14; Lk. 2:17). He was conceived by the Holy Spirit (Lk. 1:35), identified publicly as God's Son (Mk.1:11), and anointed for ministry by the Spirit’s power (Lk. 11:20).

Jesus lived a sinless life, was crucified for our sins, and rose again for our justification. As foretold by the prophets (1 Pet. 1:10–12), He bore the punishment we deserved—“He was pierced for our transgressions” (Isa. 53:5–6), and the Father “made Him who knew no sin to become sin for us” (2 Cor.5:21).

I believe salvation is found in Christ alone. By grace through faith in His death and resurrection, we are saved (Eph. 1:7; 2:1, 8–9). Every person is born in sin(1 Jn. 1:8), and Jesus is the only way to God (Jn. 14:6).

The Holy Spirit

I believe that the Holy Spirit is the third Person of the Trinity—coequal and coeternal with the Father and the Son. Sent after Jesus’ ascension, He comes to indwell and empower believers (Jn. 16:7; Lk. 1:35). The Spirit convicts, comforts, guides, and intercedes for us (Rom. 8:26). He gives spiritual gifts for the

edification of the Church (1 Cor. 12:4–6), baptizes believers into the Body of Christ (1 Cor. 12:13), seals them in faith (Eph. 1:13), and guarantees their inheritance (Eph. 1:14).

The Trinity: Our Foundation of Salvation

I affirm the doctrine of the Trinitarian Godhead—that the Father is God (Jn. 6:27), the Son is God (Jn. 1:1), and the Spirit is God (Acts 5:3–4). God did not merely announce His nature; He revealed it by extending His arm to save. Our salvation reveals the God who saves—from the Father, through the Son, by the

Holy Spirit.

The Triune God accomplished what we could never do. Through His redeeming grace, we have died with Christ, been buried with Him, and are raised with Him to new life (Rom. 6:4–5). Our hope, identity, and destiny are in Him: “Christ in you, the hope of glory” (Col. 1:27).

God’s Will for Us as His Ambassadors

I believe that once redeemed, we are commissioned as ambassadors of Christ—called to represent His Kingdom on earth (2 Cor. 5:20). We have been entrusted with the message of reconciliation: to call the lost home, heal the broken, and live as light in a dark world.

God’s will is for His people to:

  • Know Him deeply (Jer. 9:23–24)

  • Be conformed to the image of Christ (Rom. 8:29)

  • Walk in holiness and truth (1 Pet. 1:15–16; Jn. 17:17)

  • Preach the gospel and make disciples (Matt. 28:18–20)

  • Carry His Spirit boldly in every space they enter (Acts 1:8)

  • Live as citizens of Heaven, not slaves to this world (Phil. 3:20; Rom. 12:2)

We are called to live sent—to shine like stars, stand firm in truth, and declare the praises of Him who called us out of darkness into His marvelous light (1 Pet. 2:9). As ambassadors, we are not bystanders in this spiritual war—we are warriors, witnesses, and worshipers carrying the mission of Heaven.

"We are therefore Christ’s ambassadors, as though God were making His appeal through us."—2 Corinthians 5:20
